## 1. The service

Signet ("we", "us") provides an identity-protection platform that monitors the open web for AI-generated impersonations of your likeness and assists with takedown of unauthorized uses.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You must represent only your own identity. Registering another person's likeness without their explicit authorization is prohibited and a material breach of these terms.

## 3. Identity verification

Access to monitoring, takedown, and content-credential features requires successful identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and authentic documents during verification.

## 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- Submit identity documents that are forged, altered, or do not belong to you.
- Register the likeness of any person without their consent.
- Use Signet to harass, stalk, or surveil any individual.
- Use Signet to interfere with lawful uses of public-domain or fair-use content of yourself.

## 5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

## 6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every impersonation will be detected or that every takedown request will succeed.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

## 8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, including submission of fraudulent identity documents.

## 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TO BE DETERMINED], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
